DELIVERY
Purchases made within Australia and overseas will be dispatched
for delivery within 5 - 7 working days (unless otherwise advised) from
date payment is received and will then be shipped by Australia Post.
Once your item has been posted you will be notified for your own reference.
Prices quoted at checkout are automatically calculated using Australia Post current rates.
Bejay Designs uses the following Postage services:
EXPRESS POST - Domestic (up to 500gr)
EXPRESS POST INTERNATIONAL
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details
at the time of ordering. Bejay designs can not be held responsible for
your parcel if you have provided an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and can/will provide proof
of postage on all items.
If you choose the Bank Transfer option as your method of payment
it must be received and accepted in full within 3 business days from
the purchase date. Payments submitted incorrectly (for example, bank
transfers without your name as a reference) will experience delays
and problems in processing and fulfilment.
We are an online store so items must be sent out, there is no option
to pick up your items.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns are only accepted within the items warranty period of 30
days from purchase. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing
fault we will happily repair or replace the item (if possible) at
no charge to you.
There will be no refund on items that have been damaged by normal
wear & tear, misuse of an item, or as a result of damage
whilst in transit. There are no refunds if you change your mind and
some colours may vary slightly from the pictures so please choose
carefully.
If returning jewellery to Bejay designs, it is your responsibility
to contact us to have the return approved and ensure the goods are
adequately packaged to ensure that they do not get damaged during
return transit.
Once an item is returned if it is found that the damage was not
a manufacturing fault you will be liable for the postage costs to
have the item returned to you. If you choose not to pay these costs
the item/s will not be returned and you will not receive a refund.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. You can be confident that your
details will remain confidential and will not be shared with any
third parties whatsoever.
All Personal information disclosed on our website is for use by
Bejay Design’s own use in connection with your purchase or
enquiry only.
The only time your details will be used outside of purchasing is
if you have indicated when entering your information that you would
like to receive any promotions and specials Bejay designs may have
throughout the year. This option can be terminated at any time, simply
by unsubscribing to our emails. |
